Privacy Policy 隱私權政策
Calenzy Pte. Ltd. ("Smoky", "we", "us"), a development agency based in Singapore with a team in Taipei, makes the Smoky mobile app and operates smoky.calenzy.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain language because the product is simple and so is our take on privacy: we want as little of your data as possible.
1. What we collect
We deliberately keep collection minimal:
- Fine location. Read on-device only while the app is open, to find smoking areas near you. Your location stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers, stored, or shared.
- Saved favorites. Stored locally on your device. If you opt into iCloud / Google sync, your favorites sync via Apple or Google. We never see them.
- Crash reports & basic analytics. Aggregate, anonymous app-version, OS, and crash data via Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. No personally identifying information.
- Optional contact email. Only if you write to us at contact@calenzy.com, so we can reply.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, browsing history, social-graph data, or biometric data. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. How location works
When you grant the permission, the app uses your device's fine location (GPS-precise, typically accurate to a few meters) to filter and sort the smoking areas already bundled in the app. All of this happens on your device. Your location is never transmitted to our servers, never written to disk, and never associated with any identifier. You can also use Smoky without granting location by searching a place name.
4. Children
Smoky is intended for adults of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction (18+ in Taiwan). The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any data from minors.
5. Your rights
You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage. If you've emailed us and want us to delete that correspondence, write to contact@calenzy.com and we will delete it within 30 days. Users in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with comparable laws have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data we hold.
6. Advertising & third-party services
Smoky is free to use, and we show ads to keep it that way. We use a standard mobile ads SDK (e.g. Google AdMob), which may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier from your device settings. We also use Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and a single map-tile provider for service operation. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
7. Changes
We'll update this page if anything material changes and bump the "last updated" date. For significant changes, we'll surface a notice in-app the next time you open it.

Calenzy Pte. Ltd.（以下稱「Smoky」、「我們」）為總部位於新加坡、團隊在台北的開發機構，負責開發 Smoky 行動應用程式並營運 smoky.calenzy.com。本政策說明我們蒐集什麼資料、為什麼蒐集、以及您能如何處理。我們以白話書寫，因為產品很單純，我們對隱私的態度也很單純：盡可能少蒐集您的資料。
一、我們蒐集的資料
我們刻意將蒐集範圍縮到最小：
- 精確定位（fine location）。僅在 App 開啟時於裝置本機讀取，用以查找附近的吸菸區。您的位置始終保留於您的裝置，不會傳送至我們的伺服器、不儲存、也不分享。
- 收藏地點。存於您本機裝置。若您啟用 iCloud／Google 同步，收藏將透過 Apple 或 Google 同步，我們無法看見。
- 當機報告與基本分析。透過 Apple App Store Connect 與 Google Play Console 取得匿名、彙總的版本、作業系統及當機資料，不含任何可識別個人之資訊。
- 選填聯絡信箱。僅當您主動寫信至 contact@calenzy.com 時，我們才會擁有，以便回覆您。
二、我們不蒐集的資料
我們不蒐集您的姓名、電話、通訊錄、瀏覽紀錄、社交圖譜或生物特徵資料。我們不販售或出租您的個人資料給任何人。
三、位置資訊如何運作
當您授予權限後，App 會讀取您裝置的精確定位（GPS 等級，通常精度為數公尺），用以篩選與排序 App 內內建的吸菸區資料。這些運算完全在裝置本機進行，您的位置不會傳送至我們的伺服器、不會寫入磁碟、也不會與任何識別碼連結。您亦可不授權位置，改以地名搜尋的方式使用 Smoky。
四、未成年人
Smoky 僅供在所在地區達合法吸菸年齡之成年人使用（台灣為 18 歲以上）。本 App 並非針對兒童設計，我們不會在知情情況下蒐集未成年人的任何資料。
五、您的權利
解除安裝 App 或清除 App 儲存空間即可刪除所有本機資料。若您曾來信聯絡我們、希望我們刪除該往來內容，請寫信至 contact@calenzy.com，我們將於 30 天內刪除。歐盟、英國及具相當法規之使用者，享有存取、更正及刪除個人資料之權利。
六、廣告與第三方服務
Smoky 永久免費，並透過顯示廣告維持營運。我們使用標準的行動廣告 SDK（如 Google AdMob），其可能使用您裝置的廣告識別碼以投放與衡量廣告。您可在裝置設定中隨時重設或限制此識別碼。我們亦使用 Apple App Store Connect、Google Play Console，以及單一地圖圖磚供應商以維持服務運作。各方依其隱私政策運作。
七、變更
若有重大變更，我們會更新本頁並更動「最後更新」日期。重大變更時，您下次開啟 App 將會看到提示。
